by Select Apple Authorized Resellers in Europe have begun accepting pre-orders for the new set-top box. With no official retail date set by Apple it’s looking like units will ship in december.
You might want to cool your jets just a little before you start hunting out stores to pre order. Right now Apple TV 4 pre-orders are only showig up in Denmark and Norway.
The 32GB and 64GB models are listed for 1,399 (£138.14 / $215) and 1,849 Danish kroner (£182.57 / $282) and 1,749 and 2,299 Norwegian kroner respectively.
An electroincs retailer in Germany going under the name of Cyberport has also listed the Apple TV 64GB MLNC2FD/A for €239 and the Apple TV 32GB MGY52FD/A at €179
Its likely the variation of pricing will be down to regionalised taxes and other costs such as import duties.
We await the obligatory posts claming the new Apple TV only costs $14.23 to make.
